Fair Haven Yoga is a unique studio near Red Bank that offers something for all members of your family. It has been a part of the Fair Haven community for almost 20 years, and was founded and built on the concept that Yoga is a lifestyle, that Yoga is for everyone, and everyone can do Yoga!! Through Yoga classes, workshops, seminars, and other special events, we continue to share this tradition with Fair Haven families as well as surrounding communities.

Yoga Classes for Everybody!

Our classes are designed so everyone feels welcome encouraged to constantly explore and expand their yoga practice. Each class is designated Gentle, Moderate, or Vigorous to convey the level of challenge of asanas (poses), pranyama (breath work), and meditation that are introduced. Each of our instructors work with students to modify their practice based on individual abilities. Students who want to deepen a practice, or a specific pose, will be shown how to do so. Likewise, students needing to back off or protect a particular injury or weakness are in capable hands.

Certified Yoga Instruction in Fair Haven

Once you attend a class, we will work with you to choose additional classes that best meet your needs. Our experienced teaching staff includes certified Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Kids Yoga, Men’s Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Mommy & Me Yoga, and Yoga for Athletes. Our friendly instructors will help you find classes to build your personal practice and well-being.
