Daniel Abbott - is a nationally certified Personal Trainer and a Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Instructor. Currently he is finishing his 500 hour certification. His personal influences, training and practice has culminated into a free-flowing vinyasa style that combines breath, dynamic movement, feeling-sensitivity, visualization, meditation, and heart wisdom - all resulting in strength, flexibility, clarity, radiance and an increased sense of boundlessness. Daniel is committed to offering not only the traditional elements of yoga, but spontaneity, present-day relevance, and obvious variety in his classes. He has a vast experience teaching all levels of yoga, from teens to seniors.Expect unique vinyasa sequences and challenging strengthening poses combined with pranayama and calming rejuvenation. Matt Foreman has been practicing various styles of yoga since 1999. He became intrigued with the Kundalini style of yoga in 2001 when one of his instructors began incorporating exercises from Kundalini practice into her hatha yoga classes. In 2005, Matt began regularly practicing Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan when he discovered Kundalini Yoga East studio in Manhattan. In May 2008, Matt became certified as a Level 1 instructor of Kundalini Yoga and has started studying for Level 2 certification.

Darry Guli, the owner of the the Yoga Studio, is a certified Kripalu and Prana Yoga and prenatal instructor. Darry is a nurse practitioner specializing in issues of aging. She completed the 500 hour advanced Kripalu training. Her unique style creates a dynamic and compassionate class experience. See: The Purpose of Yoga.

Jayanand - is passionate about meditation and yoga. He approaches his practice with a focus on yoga as a method of healing.

Jennifer Johnson took her first yoga class in 1996 at Jivamukti Yoga Center and quickly grew enamored with the practice. Over the years, intense study of Jivamukti Yoga strengthened a need to protect the environment and live a healthy, balanced life. She is motivated to teach by a desire to share that profound inspiration with others. Jennifer is also a nationally certified massage therapist practicing in NJ.

Cornelia Mazzan began practicing yoga in 2001. Wishing to share her love of yoga with the next generation, Cornelia received her training for Children’s Yoga at Karma Kids Yoga in Manhattan in 2007. She incorporates Radiant Child Yoga poses and songs into her classes as well.  In 2008 she became certified in Pre-Natal and Baby & Me Yoga, following her desire to support women and remind them of their natural birthing power and their power as mothers.  Her current consulting business, Karma Chameleons, helps families follow a more holistic  green lifestyle through yoga, art, meditation and education. Cornelia lives in Fair Haven with her husband and young daughter.

Dr. Carol Penn received her medical degree from UMDNJ, School of Osteopathic Medicine. Additionally, she holds an advanced 500-hour teacher certification in yoga from Soma Yoga and she is a certified childbirth educator with Lamaze International, and has a B.S. in Dance Education and an M.A. in Humanities from NewYork University. Carol’s unique background enables her to seamlessly blend both the art and the science of yoga, skillfully instructing individual students from beginner to advanced. An expert at teaching mixed level classes, one of her gifts as a teacher is to make the beginning student feel comfortable while still being able to challenge the more advanced student.

Terra C. Pfund studied yoga with Kathy Keane at Healing Tree Yoga and the Finding Inner Peace Yoga School in Quincy, MA. She is Yoga Alliance RYT certified in traditional Hatha, Prenatal and Postnatal yoga and has completed additional trainings in Yoga for Bigger Bodies as well as Meridian Yoga with Daniel Orlansky. Terra is a Reiki Master, certified Body Hoops Dance Fusion instructor and Holisitic Health Counselor. Terra's holistic health conseling practice, Terra Baby Wellness is aimed at empowering women in natural fertility options and health choices for preconception, pregnancy and postpartum

Mike Rodriguez began practicing various styles of yoga while assigned to the Pentagon. Prompted by back and knee injuries, Mike discovered yoga was a multifaceted conditioner of body, mind, and soul. This opened up a willingness to learn more and a desire to share these findings with others. He is Yoga Alliance RYT certified in Hatha and like incorporating elements from other yoga discliplines into his classes.

Stacy Ross has been practicing yoga for seven years and and is RYT registered with the Yoga Alliance. She began practicing as a form of exercise with other newly "at home" moms. As her practice grew so did her ability to take her yoga off the mat into other aspects of her life. During class, Stacy tries to create a safe atmosphere with relevant readings and a calming voice, while encouraging students to explore their edge. Stacy hopes her students appreciate both the physical and emotional benefits of a yogic lifestyle, by expanding their yoga practice into their life outside the studio. Stacy is a resident of Fair Haven, a mother of 3 school age children, and a member of the Jersey Shore Tri-Gals.

Michelle Roth is a certified Kripalu yoga and Prenatal yoga teacher. She brings a compassionate inspired perspective to her classes.
