About our OM

Fair Haven Yoga has been a part of the Jersey Shore yoga community for nearly 20 years. While FHY has changed ownership several times, it has always maintained a philosophy of Yoga is for everyone, and everyone can do Yoga!!

Relocated to Larger Studio

Our new location (as of November 2010) relocates the studio from its long time home on Fair Haven Road to a stand-alone building at 770 River Road. A charming cottage in a private setting, we designed our new location so that stepping into Fair Haven Yoga is like coming OM, a place that is safe, peaceful, and offers a break from the stress of daily life.

Family Yoga Studio

Fair Haven Yoga offers the widest variety of classes for truly everybody in your family. From prenatal, mommy & me, baby yoga, kids yoga, men’s yoga and even more.

Focus on Fitness

Our class offerings include several cardio-focused formats. Weather permitting, run-yoga gives students a chance to warm up with yoga, run, and then stretch afterwards. Fair Haven Yoga and Mommy Moves join forces for a new burn/breath class, offering a cardio challenge interspersed with muscle strengthening and stretching.
